Responsibility and Reciprocity Yarning Circle postponed

Imagine a time before Pine Gap, imagine First People holding a corroboree at Jessie Gap to welcome all children born on this continent – no matter where their parents came from – so that they are safe; so that they can belong and the old people can look out for them. Imagine holding this corroboree after invasion, after massacres, after frontier wars. Imagine the high cultural ethics and profound generosity of spirit it takes to carry this – to still welcome, to be willing to share knowledge, and teach ‘right way’

We invite you to the Responsibility and Reciprocity Yarning Circle to meet local families, learn about Arrernte culture from local elders on country and build an authentic understanding of the changes we need to make.

$400 per adult, $100 for children over the age of 4.
