In each session, there will be three fifteen-minute considerations of the two themes, which will complement each other and set a mood of soul for participants to work with over the ensuing night and day.
Each day will have the nurturing aspect of a retreat for our soul and our spiritual work in the coming year.

Once you are registered the Zoom link will be sent two days (23/12/23) before we start. The session will start 7:05 pm and it is recommended that you join the link a few minutes early. The link will be open from 6.55pm. The link is the same one for each session.
